Dynamic valuation
Resonate reads your local spot values and combines them with our real-time audience estimation to calculate highly accurate CPMs for programmatic buyers.
Category separation
We automatically import your category conflict codes, guaranteeing that an external programmatic ad will never run back-to-back with a local competitor.
Inventory restrictions
Resonate reads all existing ad restrictions. If an ad isn't allowed to run in a specific daypart, it won't be moved there. Period.

Priority code mapping

You maintain absolute authority over what gets moved and what stays put. You can map your traffic system's existing priority codes (for example, assigning P1 as "Strict" and P9 as "Removeable") directly into Resonate's five levels of control:

Strict
Untouchable. This spot cannot be moved or replaced under any circumstances.
Moveable in stop set
The spot can shift positions, but must remain within the exact same commercial break.
Moveable in daypart
The spot can be shifted to a different break, as long as it stays within the same daypart.
Moveable anywhere in the day
Maximum flexibility to shift the spot to any available break throughout the broadcast day.
Removeable
The spot (like a zero-dollar bonus) can be fully dropped to make room for a higher-paying programmatic ad.

Here is exactly how it works behind the scenes, minute by minute:

The 60-second check
Every single minute, Resonate software communicates with your automation system to look for any commercial breaks coming up within the next 5 minutes.
The real-time bid
If a break is approaching, Resonate instantly sends a request out to programmatic buyers (via OpenRTB) to see who is bidding on that audience.
The smart shuffle
If a programmatic bid comes back at a higher price than what is currently scheduled in that break, Resonate looks at your Priority Codes. It then organically shuffles your flexible inventory to accommodate the higher-paying spot, instantly upgrading your yield.
